You can extend the functionality of your Capella program by adding new modules. Capella Viewer is free of charge. but if you want to connect hardware equipment like GPS and AIS to your system, you must pay a fee for extended services.
How Do I Extend Capella Viewer to an ECS system?
Capella Viewer users extend their program from a Viewer to an ECS system by paying a licence fee, using a credit card or PayPal. When the ECS licence is payed for Contego will return a licence number, which must be read into Capella Viewer, to your email address. Then close your Capella Viewer and start your program again and you have access to GPS, AIS and WP services.
- Read your computer id number from Capellas menu Help->About S52 ...
- Access this websites menu Capella Licence and pay your licence fee.
- You receive your licence number from Contego by email.
- Write your licence number into menu Options->Set License...
